Bio: Phoebe was born to Ellen Tonkin and David Tonkin, she was an only child, and went to Culinary school, at the Art institutes, and passed with flying colors, She moved home, at first to cook in her parents restaurant and now to take over her parents restaurant. Her parents are handing over ownership as a graduation gift. Phoebe is more than excited to owner her own business, and make it her own way and allow her parents to retire and travel. She fell in love with Ray, when her car broke now and he helped her with it, and took care of her while she waited.
